If you require a receipt and you mailed in your child's registration, please include a self addressed stamped envelope and it will be returned to you by seasons end. Please complete the receipt form, found on our Forms & Documents page.

 

If you register in person you will receive a receipt at that time. There is a $20.00 re-issuance charge.
